Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to complete services on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen vehicle conditions. Customers will be notified promptly.

3. Payments

Full payment is required upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices may vary depending on vehicle make, model, and condition.

4. Warranty & Liability

All services come with a limited warranty as specified during booking. KG Coding & Diagnostics is not liable for pre-existing issues, unrelated mechanical failures, or modifications made outside our service scope.

5. Mileage Correction & Legal Compliance

Mileage correction services are offered strictly for legitimate reasons (e.g., faulty odometers, ECU replacements). Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Refunds are only issued in cases where services are not delivered as promised. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
