EGR DELETE/DPF DELETE

DPF DELETE

What Is a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)?

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) Are installed on diesel engine vehicles to reduce the vehicle’s emissions. Sadly, cars that are not driven for long periods of time can run into serious problems as the DPF filters become clogged.

Most people get terrified when they see a warning light related to the DPF as replacing either would mean incurring huge expenses. If your driving habits remain the same, you will likely have to repeatedly face these issues. There are other methods which not only provide a permanent solution to the problem, but also improve your driving experience.

What is the process for removing DPR from a document?

Before performing a DPF remove operation, we must first read the original software from the car’s ECU. All the DPF structure in ECU / Vehicles software is eliminated by using our program.

We program the software to the ECU and then remove the DPF and other components from the vehicle. When this procedure ends, the vehicle will not attempt regenerations anymore and will no longer produce black smoke or any warning lights, as well as failing to show a DPF check light.

EGR DELETE

What Is a Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)?

It is becoming more common for vehicle owners to eliminate the EGR value. The ERG valve can be a costly fix and it’s unlikely to be cleaned regularly. The most frequent indications of a defective EGR valve include explosion, low-powered downing, elevated temperatures, ECU outboard malfunction, and reduced fuel efficiency.

What are the steps involved in an EGR Delete procedure?

Without removing the EGR valve from the engine, KG Coding & Diagnostics can remove the same operation from your ECU in a safe and effective manner. This is why we recommend using an aircooled thermostat. There will be no indication that this construction has already been completed, so it won’t invalidate your vehicle warranty.
